When you get excited about water you know it must be something good. NIO Digital was excited about the opportunity to help the Australian business owners bring this advanced water filtration product to market here in Australia.
With a reputable brand already established overseas NIO Digital was commissioned to help tailor the branding and messaging to the Australian market with an emphasis on premium and luxury ideas. Our additional feedback also trickled back to HQ to help inform some of their design choices and help align the brand more consistently globally.
We also helped implement a lightweight CRM, integrated forms, booking system and affiliate tracking system to help set a high level of ongoing customer service and support.
